Upcycled GREEN Pizza
Description
Our new Upcycled Mini Naan Flatbreads contain flour that is made from grains rescued at the end of the beer brewing process! This environmentally friendly bread tastes delicious and makes a great (green) pizza crust!
Ingredients
- 1 Upcycled Mini Naan Flatbread
- 2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Zucchini
- Handful of Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Pine nuts
- Shaved Parmesan
- OPTIONAL: Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Toast the Mini Naan for a crisp crust
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese
- Shave the zucchini into ribbons and grill or heat on a stove until soft
- Top with arugula, parmesan, pine nuts, and red pepper flakes
